At Velique Bags, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please note, returns or refunds cannot be processed if more than 30 days have passed since your delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Defective Product: The item has a defect. (See Point 8 for details.)
- Shipping Damage: Your product was damaged during shipping. You can request a free exchange or a refund by contacting us at [email protected].
Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
Additional Fees & Costs
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Cancellation or Transaction Fees: A 5% transaction fee applies to order cancellations or refunds.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product:

- Wait for our instructions on returning the item, including the return address.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank to verify the processing status.

Refunds are applicable for sale items as well.
